NO PETS ALLOWED.
NO LOUD NOISES/PARTIES AFTER 10 PM.
KEEP THE PROPERTY CLEAN.
REPORT ALL MAINTENANCE NEEDS IMMEDIATELY.
BE RESPECTFUL OF THOSE WHO LIVE AROUND YOU.
PLACE ALL TRASH IN PROPER TRASH RECEPTICALS.
NO DRUGS – NO TOLERANCE.
30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE REQUIRED.
NO WATER FILLED FURNITURE/AQUARIUMS.
MINIMUM LEASE TERM IS SIX MONTHS.
NO INOPERABLE VEHICLES ALLOWED.
DIAL 911 TO REPORT ANY EMERGENCY OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.

TENANT MUST GET UTILITIES SET UP WITH CITY OF LEVELLAND (WATER) & LAMB COUNTY ELECTRIC (ELECTRICITY).
$150/MONTH-DUE MONTHLY AND PAYABLE AT LONE STAR PROPERTIES OFFICE 306 AUSTIN STREET.
$75 DEPOSIT-REFUNDED UPON MOVE OUT, PROVIDING THE SPACE IS CLEAN AND THE ELECTRICAL BOX IS 100% OPERATIONAL.
SET UP UTILITIES AT LAMB COUNTY ELECTRIC LOCATED AT 727 S. ALAMO. (894-8000)
SET UP WATER AT CITY OF LEVELLAND LOCATED AT 1709 AVE H (894-0113).

TENANT MUST NOTIFY LONE STAR PARK WHEN THEY INTEND TO MOVE IN/OUT.
OUR OFFICE HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
OUR PHONE NUMBER IS 806-894-6267. THERE IS AN AFTER HOURS ANSWERING SERVICE AVAILABLE AT THIS NUMBER AS WELL.
ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. NO FENCES OR CHAINING UP OF ANIMALS ALLOWED.
TENANT MUST NOTIFY LONE STAR PARK WHEN THEY INTEND TO MOVE OUT SO SPACE CAN BE CHECKED AND DEPOSIT CAN BE REFUNDED.
SPACE MUST BE KEPT CLEAN.
DRIVE SLOW 5 MPH. WATCH FOR CHILDREN.
NO LOUD NOISE/PARTIES AFTER 10 PM
BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS.
AFTER HOURS PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE AT 306 AUSTIN BY DROPPING PAYMENT THROUGH THE TITAN DROP BOX (IN GLASS WINDOW) LOCATED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF GLASS DOORS.
